Returns & Exchanges

At the National Theatre Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your fashion items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all theatrical-inspired tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is protected and the completed returns form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Apply the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your package or address it to our London warehouse if using an alternative courier service.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any local Post Office and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed and confirmed via email.
